Management Insight Review was launched in 2024 by the Korean Academy for Leaders of Management (KALM) as a scholarly journal based in Korea. In the inaugural year, we focused on establishing a scholarly platform rooted in Korea’s dynamic management research community. With Volume 2, Issue 1 (2025), we further strengthen our commitment to a global audience by fully publishing in English. This shift reflects our ambition to reach a global audience and facilitate dialogue among scholars and practitioners worldwide. We are proud to extend the journal’s mission internationally, building on our solid foundation.
