영문 초록

According to embodiment e-government, the citizen s needs for information have increased and spreaded to information sharing for public convenience. Especially, the government made various plans to improve efficiency and convenience of administrative system to support citizen s services as G4C system and public information sharing system, and so on. To increase amount of private information, it is need to construct safe management system. But the plan how we protect and manage private information in pubic agency is not enough, so we are urgent to make protection policy from outflow of information with online and offline. Therefore, this study tried to suggest development plans as how public agencies do manage shared private information? . The study compared management systems for private information among public agencies(central government, local government, public agency, educational agencies) with life cycle(collection, utilization, management, abolition). As the results, the study analyzed to support budget and manpower as well as to maintain legal system for privacy. And the study suggested safe management system with physical and technical methods. The study is need to raise recognition of their president and to improve education and management for private information in public sector. This study has means to construct rom now, how we do manage private information of public agencies is important issue to construct country based on citizen s relives.
