영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to give implication to develope Korean long-term care assessment and classification systems by analyzing foreign systems comparatively. This study attempts to explore recent issues associated with the implementation of long-term care system and with ways to improve the performance of long-term care services in foreign countries. And then this study reviewed long-term care assessment and classification systems of Japan, Germany, United State, United Kingdom and Australia. Now to conclude, Korean long-term care assessment and classification systems should to being consider not only assessing need of long term care but also evaluating clinical function, care plan, and benefit.
