영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of constructivist learning environments on student’s performance achievement in word processing of practical arts education in elementary school. The subject for experiment was 6th grade elementary school students. The researcher used a quassi-experimental, non-equivalent control group design to determine the effects to determine the effects of constructivist learning environments on student’s performance achievement in word processing. In conclusion, the constructivism classroom was more effective than the traditional classroom for improving of learning task performance of word-processing in Content Organizing and Task Performance in Time for word-processing. But there is no difference between the two groups in Content Design Briefing and Software Operating for word-processing. Based upon the conclusions of this study, constructivism learning environments for increasing the ability of task performance should be carefully applied to elementary practical arts education.
