영문 초록

This paper aims to study on the Arab Charter of Human Rights: Focusing on the birth process and the Rights of Individual and of the Weak. The researcher examines the background of the formative process of the Arab Charter of Human Rights and the contents of the Arab Charter of Human Rights which was revised in 2004, which plays the important role as the basis of the policy of the human rights in the Arab world. The researcher concentrates on the three rights, which are related to the individual rights, the rights of disabilities rights and the rights of the woman and also estimates that the revised version of the Arabic Charter of Human Rights in 2004 has significantly improved human rights by placing human rights at the center of national preoccupation in the Article 1. And although the 2004 version contains a wide range of human rights issues, the mechanism is somewhat lacking, which requires a lot of the positive activities of the Arab Human Rights Commission.
