전문예술단체 사회적기업의 지속가능성에 관한 제언

국문 초록

본 연구는 사회적기업의 경영·전략적 요인, 사회적 기업가의 일반적 역량 요인, 사회적기업가의 예술적 역량 요인, 조직적 요인, 정부지원과 네트워크를 포함한 사회 환경적 요인 등이 전문예술법인·단체 사회적기업의 경제적 수익성과와 사회 공헌적 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 한 것으로 전문예술법인·단체 471개를 대상, 그 가운데 노동부 지정 사회적기업(예비포함)과 지자체 예비 사회적기업으로 인증받아 활동하고 있는 62곳을 대상으로 실증적 분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 경영·전략적 요인은 전문예술법인·단체 사회적 기업의 수익적 성과에 유의하지 않았지만 사회 공헌적 성과에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 기업가의 일반적 역량 요인은 전문예술법인·단체 사회적기업의 수익성과에는 유의하지 않았지만 사회 공헌적 성과에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적기업가의 예술적 역량요인은 전문예술법인·단체 사회적기업의 수익성과에는 유의하지 않았지만 사회 공헌적 성과에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷 째, 조직적 요인은 전문예술법인·단체 사회적기업의 성과에서 수익적 성과와 사회공헌적 성과 모두에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 사업 환경적 요인도 전문예술법인·단체 사회적기업의 수익성과와 사회 공헌적 성과에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과 향후 사회적기업으로 전향을 희망하는 전문예술법인·단체에게 유용 한 자료로 제공될 수 있으리라 보며 문화예술분야 사회적기업의 사회적 가치를 발현하는데 있어서 특수성에 대한 이해를 돕는데 의의를 둔다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is the empirical investigation of affection to financial performance and social contribution performance from management strategy, general ability of C.E.O, art ability of C.E.O, organizing ability, social environment of social enterprises. For construction study model and verification of hypothesis, this study empirically analyzed social enterprises designated by the minister of labour and 62 prepared social enterprises certified by district. The major findings of this study are as follows: First, Management strategy factor had not positive influence upon Financial Performance but Social Contribution Performance. Second, General Ability of Social Enterprise C.E.O was not directly affecting Financial Performance but Social Contribution Performance. Third, Art Ability of Social Enterprise C.E.O was not directly affecting Financial Performance but Social Contribution Performance. Forth, Organizing Ability factor had positive influence upon both of Financial Performance and Social Contribution Performance. Fifth, Social Environment factor had positive influence upon both of Financial Performance and Social Contribution Performance. This study proves empirically that organic specific like Organizing Ability and Social Environment rather than ability of Social Enterprise C.E.O had directly affecting both of Financial Performance and Social Contribution Performance. However, It had proved that Social Contribution Performance as social goal of Social Enterprise as Professional Arts Organization had been positive influence on by individual ability of Social Enterprise C.E.O. The result of this study presents useful data to professional arts corporate organizations. It need to support characterized guide and system for social contribution of social enterprises.
