컨조인트 분석을 이용한 글로벌 콜드체인 운송경로 선택요인에 관한 연구 - 신선식품 및 국내 주요거점을 중심으로 -

국문 초록

글로벌 콜드체인시장은 경제성장으로 인한 소득수준 향상, 식품안전 및 환경문제, 냉동·냉장기술의 발전, 전자상거래 확대 등으로 빠르게 성장하고 있으며, 기업과 국가경쟁력을 향상시키는데 있어서 핵심으로 부각되어지고 중요성이 증가되고 있다. 본 연구는 컨조인트분석을 통해 글로벌 콜드체인 운송경로 선택요인에 대한 선호도 파악을 목적으로 하였다. 컨조인트 분석은 중요요인을 조합하여 프로필을 구성한 후, 설문을 통해 이용자가 선호하는 프로필을 선정할 수있는 방법론이다. 콜드체인 관련 전문가들의 의견과 선행연구를 통해 중요요인을 도출하였다. ‘서비스’, ‘시장환경’, ‘운 송시간’, ‘운송비용’이 상위 중요요인으로 확정되었다. 그리고 ‘서비스’요인은 온도관리의 안전성, 화물의 정시성으로 구성되었으며, ‘시장환경’요인은 인천(인천항 또는 인천공항), 부산(부산항 또는 김해공항), 평택(평택항 또는 청주공항) 으로 구성되었으며, ‘운송시간’에는 현재 운송시간의 1/3, 현재 운송시간의 2/3, 현재 운송시간과 동일일로 설정하였다. ‘운송비용’요인은 현재 운임과 동일, 현재 운임 + 100%, 현재 운임 + 200%로 설정하였다. 연구결과 운송경로 선택요 인의 중요도는 시장환경, 운송시간, 운송비용, 서비스 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 처음으로 글로벌 콜드체인 운송 경로 선택에 있어서 시장환경이 매우 중요하다는 것을 밝혀 냈다. 즉 글로벌 콜드체인 운송경로 선택 시에는 시장환경에 대한 우선적 검토가 필요함을 의미한다.

영문 초록

The global cold chain market is rapidly growing as a result of improving income levels, improving food safety and environmental issues, developing refrigeration technologies, expanding electronic commerce. Also, it is becoming a key and important part of improving corporate and national competitiveness. The study aims to determine preference for global cold chain transport route through the conjoint analysis. Conjoint analysis is a methodology that combines important factors to form a profile, and then selects the profile of user preferences through surveys. The main factors were derived from the opinions of the cold chain–related experts and previous research. ‘Service’, ‘Market environment’, ‘Transportation time’ and ‘Transportation cost’ have been identified as the top importance factors. The sub-factors of the ‘Service factor consisted of the safety of the temperature control, freight punctuality, and the ‘Market environment’ factor consisted of Inchon(Inchon Harbor or Airport), Busan(Busan Harbor or Kimhae Airport), Pyongtaek (Pyongtaek Port or Cheongju Airport), and the ‘Transportation time’ factor consisted of one-third of the current transportation time, two-third of the current transportation time and the same as current transportation time. The Transportation cost factor consist of current freight rate, the current freight rate + 100%, and the current freight rate + 200%. As a result of research, the importance of transportation route appeared in the order of market environment, transportation time, transportation costs, services. This study has found that the market environment is very important for the selection of global cold chain transport routes. In other words, when choosing the global cold chain transportation route, it is necessary to review the market environment first.
