영문 초록

In this article the author provided a brief introduction to the function and substance of region. The production capacity in farmland was described as agricultural potential by regional agriculture. The agricultural potential measurement on the number of people, who can be existed on agriculture, were analysed based on the theory of regional science. The differences in the equipment of production capacities such as farmland, natural condition, farm integration, workload and functional combination for developing on region were considered as the most significant result of the regional comparison. Finally, recommendations for regional policy, administration, and extension services were suggested for further development of regional agriculture.
