영문 초록

This research is to get a better understanding on international students’ cross cultural adaptation. It based on the theories of cross-cultural communication and psychology while analysed the differences and conflicts of Chinese and international culture. This paper tried to help the international students to deal with the culture conflict. The administrator and teachers at universities also can find the way assist the students adapting the different culture.
