영문 초록

This study aims to present correct developmental guidelines for the social enterprises by evaluating the influence of providing social welfare service. The following results are attained. First, it is expected that the revitalization of the social enterprises brings a virtuous circle relationship in welfare and economy, an increase in social welfare service, an increase in job openings, and capacity reinforcement of the non-profit organizations. Second, as a result of social enterprise concept, certification requisite and supporting content, the revitalization of social enterprises not only provides a quantitative expansion of social welfare service but also facilitates the market extension of social welfare service. Third, the current social enterprises have a strong function of providing job openings for the underprivileged class and thus offer unequal social welfare service in different regions. As more social enterprises are expected to appear in the near future, it is best to solve the current problems for the social enterprises w ith a systematic supporting system so that they can facilitate an extended social welfare service. Specifically, for the social enterprises which provide public social welfare service, a continuous public support and fulfilling the needs of the social enterprises is necessary.
