바리스타 창업동아리 활동이 통합교육에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 비즈쿨 연구학교로 선정된 특성화고등학교의 장애학생이 포함된 바리스타 창업동아리 활동에서 드러난 통합교육의 의미를 알아보는데 있다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 약 10개월 동안 장애학생이 포함된 바리스타 창업동아리 특수교사 2명과 일반교사 1명 그리고 창업동아리 학생 5명(장애학생: 3명, 일반학생: 2명)을 연구 참여자로 선정하였다. 연구자는 장애학생이 포함된 바리스타 창업동아리 활동을 분석하기 위하여 연구자의 기억 속의 회상, 참여관찰, 사진, 동영상, 소감문, 문서, 보고서, 문자 등의 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 참여관찰과 사진 및 동영상 사례를 분석하여 의미를 제시하였다. 나머지 자료는 내용분석에 의거하여 내포된 의미를 기술하였다. 연구결과는 장애학생이 포함된 바리스타 창업동아리 진행과정의 특징은 창업동아리 운영 목표, 창업동아리를 통한 창업교육, 창업동아리를 통한 진로·직업교육, 창업동아리의 나눔과 기부를 통한 인성교육 등으로 제시되었다. 그리고 창업동아리 통한 창업교육은 바리스타 프로그램 구안 및 적용, 교내 카페운영 및 학교 축제 모의창업, 마을의 지역사회기관과 연계한 창업실무, 성과 및 결과의 공유를 통한 창업마인드 제고 등이다. 장애학생이 포함된 바리스타 창업동아리 활동의 효과는 ‘자신감 향상’, ‘사회적응력 신장’, ‘장애인식 개선과 친밀감 강화’ 등으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 기초로 하여 특성화고 연구학교의 통합교육 활성화 방안을 제시하였고, 다양한 동아리에 관련된 후속연구가 필요함을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to introduce the developmental process of Total Barista Startup Club at a specialized high school appointed as Bizcool in the Bizcool Support Project for Adolescents. It also aimed to investigate the effects of inclusive education revealed in the club activities. For those purposes, the investigator interviewed two special teachers, one regular teacher, and five students in Total Barista Startup Club at the Bizcool research school for approximately ten months. Data were collected including recollections in memories, participant observations, photographs, videos, essays, documents, reports, and text messages to analyze the activities of the Club. Collected data were analyzed for their meanings including the cases of participant observations, photographs, and videos. The other types of data were examined for their implicit meanings based on content analysis. The findings show that the progressive process of the Club was characterized by its operational goals, entrepreneurial education through the Club, career and vocational education through the Club, and personality education through its sharing and contribution. The entrepreneurial education for the Club at the Bizcool research school covered the development and application of a barista program, a mock startup at the campus cafe and school festival, a practical startup linked to the community organizations of the town, and enhancement of entrepreneurial mindset through the sharing of achievements and outcomes. The analysis results reveal that the activities of the Club demonstrated such effects of inclusive education as boosting self-confidence, increasing social adaptability, and improving one s perceptions of disabilities and reinforcing intimacy with people with disabilities. Based on those findings, the study proposed plans for the activation of inclusive education at specialized high schools appointed as research schools and raised a need for follow-up study on a variety of clubs.
