취업결정에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 논문은 취업을 준비하는 대학생들에게 실질적으로 도움이 되고자 구체적인 방법을 제시할 필요성이 있어서 어떠한 요인들이 질적 취업결정(소득수준, 전공과 직무일치)에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 학력요인이 취업결정에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과는 첫째, 학력요인이 소득수준에 미치는 영향은 계열별전공, 대학유형, 대학성적이 높을수록 소득수준이 늘어나는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 대학소재지는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학력요인이 직무 일치에 미치는 영향은 계열별전공과 대학성적이 높을수록 전공과 직무일치가 높은 것으로 나타났으나 대학 유형, 대학소재지는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 경력 및 자격요인이 취업결정에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과는 첫째, 경력 및 자격요인이 소득수준에 미치는 영향은 근로경험이 늘어날수록, 외국어 성적이 높을수록 소득수준이 높아지는 것으로 분석되었으나 해외연수, 직무관련자격증, 직업교육경험, 교수추천서등은 소득수준에 영향을 미치지 못하는 요인으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 경력 및 자격요인이 직무 일치에 미치는 영향은 외국어성적이 높을수록, 직무관련 자격증과 직업교육경험이 있을수록 높은 것으로 분석되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the extent to which factors as education, career and qualification, have influence on qualitative employment(income level, major and job correspondency). The conclusion of this study are as follows： First, educational factor showed an influence on income level. The group with higher major group, university form, achievement of university score represented the higher income level. However location factor of university was proved not to have any influence on income level. Second, the influence on major and job correspondency of education factor improved as major group, achievement of university score got higher. However university form, university location did not have influence on major and job correspondency. Then it was analyzed the influence on employment effect of career and qualification factor. First, with more part－time job experience and higher marks in foreign language represented income level of a group higher. However overseas training, job－related licenses, vocational education experience, recommendation of professor and so on did show any influence on income level. Second, the major and job correspondency grew higher with higher marks of foreign language, more job－related licenses and vocational education experience.
