영문 초록

This study is to analysis the effect of circulating training program on body fat%, growth hormone and IGF-I in obese children during 12 weeks in obese children. The subjects was composed of experimental group(n=12) and the control group(n=12). The subjects were measured to body fat%, growth hormone and IGF-I. As a result, body fat% of experimental group represents having significantly(p<.01, p<.001) a high reduction ratio. GH and IGF-I of experimental group showed significantly(p<.001) higher according to the reduction of body fat. Therefore the circuling exercise program presented in this study is considered a positive impact in variation of GH, IGF-I and resolved obesity in children. Forward, through combined exercise program, it was expected the various studies may affect obesity eliminated and the physical development in targeted as obese children
