국문 초록

본 연구에서는 유아들의 리더십과 개인지능 향상에 초점을 둔 리더십 프로그램을 유아교육현장에 적용하여 그 효과를 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 만 5세 유아 30명을 대상으로 리더십 프로그램을 통해 유아의 창의적 리더십과 개인지능에 미치는 영향을 분석 하였다. 연구의 결과, 첫째, 리더십 프로그램이 유아의 창의적 리더십 향상에 효과가 있음이 검증 되었고, 둘째, 리더십 프로그램이 유아 개인지능 향상에 효과가 있음이 검증되었다. 따라서 리더십 프로그램은 유아의 창의적 리더십과 개인지능 향상에 효과가 있음을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to apply the leadership program focusing the improvement of young children’s leadership and individual intelligence according to the necessity of creative leadership and individual intelligence improvement in childhood and confirm its effects. In this study, 5 years old is the destination of the targeted 30 people and analyzed the impact on leadership programs for young children through young children's creative leadership and personal intelligence. The summary of the study results is as following : First, it verified that the leadership program was effective to the improvement of the young children’s creative leadership. Second, it verified that leadership is effective to the improvement of young children’s individual intelligence. therefore, it confirmed that the leadership program was effective to the improvement of young children’s creative leadership and individual intelligence.
