영문 초록

Cyborg is the complex of machine and organism. It means composite man or artificial man. In this meaning, we are easy to meet mythic images when we reason it's origin. There are so many hybrid images of man and beast in Shan-hai-jing(山海經), the oldest chinese mythology text. After Shan-hai-jing, the cyborgian being was pursued in Daoist body as an immortal. Western mythology also has many hybrid being like Minotaurus, Centaurus etc. But the cyborgian being was developed to the direction of hi-technology in Western tradition. In recent days, many movies show us dystopian view about cyborg. Can we succeed in integrating our hi-technology with inner world? The utopian image in Da-tong-shu(大同書) indicates some possibility in relation with this problem. But we are not sure the narrative truth will come true in future.
