This research is to efficiently manage a taekwondo studio, seeing trainees and their parents as customers and finding a strategy to efficiently run CRM. Even in taekwondo studio, the importance of CRM is increasing because satisfying the trainees and their parents as in customers from studio's point of view is like sharing values, plans and measures are needed to aggressively use CRM for a strategy efficient management. For efficient management, this research researched for strategy for CRM, and deducted the result as following. First, produce of client based education service on the basis of efficiency of the leader, commercializing oneself having mentally and morally healthy and be able to deliver it educationally. Second, It is essential to have a space to counsel the trainees' parents who visits to watch their kids training, have safe equipments for training, have clean entrance and floor, and having a pleasant and bright studio. Third, suggestion of diverse program and goals for trainees considering their stamina, gender and age for trainees to achieve and satisfy. Fourth, Client relationship management should be made by counselings such as paper counseling that tells about the studio's news and situation of trainees, phone counseling that tells about absence or the progress of training, and face to face counseling that manages the relationship with clients.
