영문 초록

Individual medical information is a collection of all information that is gathered by patients and medical staff and it includes the data gathered and research analyzed by medical worker during the medical cure. Medical information plays an important role in clinical medicine and medical research and public interest. This is a result of the accumulation of medical information that are acquired during the medical treatment of a large number of patients. This medical information contains a lot of patient's private secrets. Therefore, if privacy protection is not enough that can cause problem violate a patient's privacy This thesis is an example of foreign legislation on the protection of medical information based on what is an appropriate legislative form to us. And in Conclusion, it offers that specific relief measures for infringement and enactment of the special law on the protection of medical information.
