인간공학적 작업평가를 활용한 직업재활시설 장애인의 근로환경 개선에 대한 연구

국문 초록

직업재활시설에서 실시하고 있는 보호고용사업은 중증장애인들의 권리실현과 사회통합을 위해 필수적인 반면, 산업안전과 보건을 담보로 잘 갖추어진 근로환경에서 시행되어 질병이나 손상으로 인한 인적자원의 소실을 감소시키는 것이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 산업 현장에서 가장문제 시 될 수 있는 작업 관련성 질병이 근골격계 질병이라는 선행연구를 바탕으로 대구광역시에 소재하고 있는 직업재활시설 중 2차 산업에 해당하는 생산품을 주 업종으로 하고 있는 H 직업재활시설의 작업 공정과 장애인 근로자들을 대상으로 인간공학적 작업평가를 실시하였다. 평가방법으로는 RULA, REBA, QEC가 사용되었으며, 평가도구 간의 적합성이나 적용대상, 특징 등을 고려하여 반복성, 부하정도, 스트레스 위험요인을 파악하였다. 연구결과 장애인근로자들은 보통 수준 이상의 근골격계 위험에 노출된 것으로 드러나 공정에 따른 신체적 부담과 작업환경 개선의 필요성이 나타났으며, 직업재활시설에서의 작업공정 변화와 근로자들에 대한 적절한 신체적 작업요령 교육 등의 대처방안이 마련되어야 할 것으로 분석되었다.

영문 초록

Sheltered employment services conducted in vocational rehabilitation facilities are vital to the people with disabilities for the realization of their rights and for their social integration. It is also necessary for these facilities to equip the proper working environments to secure the occupational safety and occupational health and thus prevent the loss of human resources due to occupational diseases and injuries. This study were conducted for the workers in H vocational rehabilitation center located in Daegu metropolitan city, which mainly produces industrial products relevant to secondary industry. We examined the working processes of the center and the ergonomic job assessments of the workers, which based on the ideas that musculoskeletal diseases are the most frequent issues raised in those working environments for the people with disabilities. As the assessment tools, we adopted the RULA(Rapidly Upper Limb Assessment), REBA(Rapidly Entire Body Assessment) and QEC(Quick Exposure Check). Repeatability, Level of work loading and Risk factor of stress were investigated with regard to the suitability of test analysis, applicability of the subjects, characteristics of the tasks. Workers with disabilities showed significantly high risks of occurring musculoskeletal diseases. Therefore, improvement of working environment and alleviation of physical burden of the workers during the work process are required. It was also suggested that the modifications of the work process and education for proper working methods are desirable management plans.
