교수자의 관점에서 이러닝 2.0 확산과정 모델링 및 시뮬레이션

국문 초록

고등교육 및 기업교육환경에서 이러닝 2.0 테크놀로지 도입이 활성화 되고 있다. 이러닝 2.0 테크놀로지의 도입과 활성화에 상당한 초기 투자비용이 소요된다는 점을 고려할 때, 조직에서 성과창출을 위하여 확산과정에서 관련 변인들에 대한 영향력을 적절히 진단하고 관리할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고등교육환경에서 이러닝 2.0 테크놀로지를 보다 효과적으로 통합시키기 위한 지원요인을 확인한 후, 최적의 확산방법을 찾기 위해 이들의 영향력을 시뮬레이션을 통해 진단하는 데에 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 Hall이 제시한 교수자 관심단계별 확산과정에 따라 각 단계에서 교수자들이 필요로 하는 테크놀로지 지원요인들을 확인하였다. 정보적 관심단계에서는 초급개발과정 세미나 제공, 초급 테크놀로지 훈련이, 개인적 관심단계에서는 교수개발지원, 중급 테크놀로지 훈련, 성공사례 제공이, 운영적 관심단계에서는 학습커뮤니티, 테크놀로지 활용 워크숍, 지식공유시스템 활용이, 끝으로 영향력 관심의 단계에서는 만족도 조사, 팀티칭 프로그램, 우수수업사례 컨퍼런스 등을 포함하였다. 이후 교수 관심단계별 과정에 따라 이들 지원전략들의 효과를 시뮬레이션하여 그 결과를 제시하였다. 끝으로 연구 결과를 HRD 측면에서 조직혁신 관리를 위한 진단도구의 관점에서 논의를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The e-learning 2.0 technologies are being widely used in higher and corporate education settings. Given the cost that are needed in the adoptions of the e-learning 2.0 technologies, it is important to clarity relationships between variables that are related to e-learning 2.0 diffusion and estimate their impacts. Thus, the purpose of this study is to develop a simulation model that examine the potential impacts of the support factors that contribute to the diffusion of e-learning 2.0 technologies. Technology support factors first were identified based on the review of literatures on e-learning 2.0, diffusion, and technology integration according to Hall`s concern-based adoption model. Faculty members with information concern need basic instructional design workshop and basic technology training. Those with personal concern need instructional development workshop, intermediate technology training, and success case methods. Those with management concern need learning community, technology implementation workshop, and knowledge management system. Finally, those with impact concern needs impact evaluation result, team teaching program, and best teaching practice conference. The support factors were incorporated into a simulation model. The potential impacts of the support factors were diagnosed with the model. HRD implications for the use of the simulation model were suggested in terms of the tool that manage the diffusion in the organizational settings.
