영문 초록

This study attempts to examine the related factors to program adoption and take-up rates of motherhood protection programs and work-family balancing programs which are provided by companies either mandatory- or voluntary-basis. Eventhough the central government has tried to implement diverse efforts to spread the work-family balancing programs through the companies including new enactment of laws, both program adoption and take-up rates are tremendously low in manufacturing companies in Cheong-ju and Cheong-won areas. Diffusion of best practices, awareness improvement regarding the importance as well as the effects of work-family programs are much needed for better adoption and take-up rate of those programs for married female and male workers' work-family balancing.
