국문 초록

This study aims to identify the factors affecting educational satisfaction among young farmers participating in farming settlement training programs in South Korea. An ordinal logistic regression model was hired to analyze the survey data from 544 respondents. Results show that satisfaction varies by region and returnee type. Rural residents reported lower satisfaction than those in suburban areas, while returnees (U-, J-, and I-type) showed higher satisfaction than native rural-born farmers. Educational content such as cultivation/livestock, machinery skills, and smart farming positively influenced satisfaction. Moreover, better medical conditions and lower satisfaction with educational infrastructure were linked to higher overall satisfaction. The findings highlight the need for region- and learner-specific educational strategies.
