영문 초록

This article proposes that the new communication technologies associated with `web 2.0` (i.e. blogs, wikis, and social networking sites) and the growing understanding of the importance of `learning communities` compel instructional designers and human resource development professionals to re-think the processes they employ to develop learning experiences. After discussing the value of establishing an effective learning community, the article proposes and explains a new `Technology Selection Model for Web 2.0 Learning Experiences.` A table analyzing synchronous and asynchronous forms of face-to-face instruction. text, audio, and video delivery system is proposed to guide instructional decision making.
