영문 초록

A modem society has experienced a rapid advance in science, technology and mass media so far. Now, it started to tum its eyes to the past (nostalgia) and the future (hope) with great interest in nature and human. This paper has attempted to estimate future makeup trends and get in spiration for new makeup by classifying this romantic social move into naturalness, folklore, sensuality and decoration and examining how it has changed in modem times based on the four categories The romantic makeup has emphasized natural and simple but exotic images and beautiful curves with light and pastel tones, created sensual and extravagant image and decorated the face with laces or flowers influenced by current social and fashion trends, the romantic makeup has developed in various pattems. 1n other words, it has changed depending on contemporary needs and emerged as one of the mainstreams of modem makeup in the new millennium.
