보관량 예측을 통한 냉장·냉동 창고 수요분석

국문 초록

소비자의 식생활 수준 향상으로 인하여 신선식품의 유통경로에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 신선식품의 유통 중 많은 부분을 차지하는 냉장냉동 창고의 관리 및 수요에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 하지만 그에 따른 수요예측에 대한 연구가 미진하였기에, 본 연구에서는 냉장·냉동 창고의 현황을 조사하였으며, 보관량 예측을 통하여 향후 수요를 분석하였다. 냉장·냉동 창고 시설의 년도별 변화와 매출이익률, 적재율 등을 조사하여 냉장냉동 창고의 경영환경을 파악하였으며, 냉장 냉동품 보관현황의 실태조사를 통하여 보관성향을 알아보았다. 냉장·냉동 창고의 수요는 보관량을 통한 수요예측 방법을 이용하였으며, 보관량의 예측은 회귀분석을 통하여 도출한 냉동품 생산 및 수입량과 함께 축산물 및 수산물의 생산 및 수입량을 감안하였다. 보관량 및 평균 재고량은 점차 늘어나는 추세로 파악되었으며, 그에 따라 냉장 냉동 창고의 수요도 점차 증가하여 2015년에는 4,558,000 M/T의 냉장능력이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 수요예측 결과는 향후 냉장냉동 창고의 운영에 중요한 시사점을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The distribution channel has been drawn more attention due to the improvement in the quality of dietary life of consumers has been improved, accordingly the interests in the management and demand of cold and frozen storage warehouse which covers major portion of distribution of fresh food has been increased. The study on the demand prediction, however, has been limited, therefore the purposes of this study were to investigate the current state of cold and frozen storage warehouse and to analyze the demand in future by predicting demand. For the purpose of this study, The managerial circumstances were determined by surveying the change rate of capacity, return rate on sales, loading rate by year of cold and frozen storage warehouses, and the storage inclination of storage was investigated by surveying current state of storing cold and frozen items. The demand of cold and frozen storage was predicted using stored amounts, and in the prediction of stored amounts, the produced and imported amounts of frozen products predicted by regression analysis and the produced and imported amounts of livestock and marine products were considered. It was found that the stored and average stock amounts were increased gradually, and accordingly that the demand of cold and frozen storage warehouse were predicted to be increased, resulting that the 4,558,000 M/T of cold capacity will be needed in 2015. It is considered that those result of demand prediction has significant implications on the management of cold and frozen storage warehouse in future.
