국문 초록

제3자 물류사업이 활성화된 이래 물류센터의 운영은 기본 서비스 내역인 동시에 수익원의 원천이 되고 있다. 물류센터 운영의 기본 부분인 자원관리의 합리화는 물류센터 관리자의 경험 및 의지에 의존하여 대부분 전개되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 제조업체의 작업표준시간을 응용하여 물류표준시간이라는 개념을 정립하고 물류센터의 운영에 필요한 최적 자원 산출 방법과 활용 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 이러한 물류표준시간을 이용하여 세부 물류활동을 위해 투입되어야 하는 자원량과 원가를 구체적으로 산정하고 작업계획이나 공정관리를 할 수 있는 체계를 마련하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 즉, 표준작업시간을 설정하고, 이를 바탕으로 센터 내 각 작업활동별 물류표준시간을 산출하여 표준시간을 이용한 자원관리를 하고자 한다. 이러한 물류표준시간을 이용하여 인력 보충 결정, 합리적 작업관리, 하역자원계획, 원가산정 등을 할 수 있게 된다. 물류표준시간의 도입효과는 센터 관리자들에게는 효율적인 자원관리의 단초가 되고, 작업자들에게는 개별 작업의 효율성 정도를 분석할 수 있는 방법을 제공한다는 것이다.

영문 초록

The operation of a logistics center has been profit center as well as basic service since third party logistics business was activated. However, the rationalization of resource management which is a basic operational part of the logistics center has heavily relied on the experience and willingness of center managers. In this study, we define the concept of logistics standard work time applying manufacturing standard work time and suggest a methodology to calculate the optimal and necessary resources. In addition, we show how to use the logistics standard work time. The main objective of this study is to make the system to compute the amount of necessary resources and costs and manage the work plan and work-in-process. That is, it is about establishing logistics standard work time and managing logistics resources by using standard work time of each work activity in logistics centers. Using this logistics standard work time, logistics companies can more efficiently perform decision making of labor replenishment, rationalized work management, logistics resources planning, unit price computing, etc. The contribution of this study is to provide the method to manage logistics resources efficiently for center managers and analyze the efficiency of each logistics activity for workers.
