영문 초록

A design of a green tea beverage plant was required as the preference and market on the green tea was proven to be positive in the survey over the country. The location of the beverage plant was determined in the basis of the quantity of tea leaves and the quality of underground water as Bongsanri in Bosung County. The range and capacity of the plant was determined in the basis of consumers` preference and the estimated sale amount of can green tea. The capacity of the plant was determined as 250 cans,/minute. Then the process of the beverage plant was analyzed, and machinery and equipments suitable for the process were etermined. The layout of the plant and the process flowchart was suggested. Finally, the environmental plan on the beverage plant was suggested to avoid the environmental pollution by the plant operation.
