교육실습 후 유아예비교사가 바라는 실습지도교사 역할 내용분석 - 실습지도교사 역할 개념도를 중심으로

국문 초록

  본 연구는 교육실습 후, 예비교사의 실습지도교사 역할 인식에 대한 내용을 분석해봄으로써, 실습지도교사의 교사교육 프로그램을 구성하는 데 필요한 기초 자료를 마련하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 40명의 예비교사를 대상으로 질문지와 개념도를 활용하였다. 예비교사들의 실습지도교사 역할 인식에 대한 지식 구조는 상위 개념 7개, 종속 개념 33개로 나타났다. 그러나 개념도의 위계수준이 높지 않아 위계적이기 보다 는 평행적이었다. 상위개념인 ‘연구자 및 교수 활동 지도’에 대한 역할이 개념도에서 높은 빈도를 보이는 것은, 그 역할에 대한 중요도와 현장에서 겪게 되는 각 상황에 따른 구체적 교수법에 대한 요구가 크다는 것을 의미한다. 개념도 분석 결과, ‘상담자’ 및 ‘성장 기회 제공 역할’의 상위개념에 대한 하위개념 내용 수가 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 질문지를 통한 지식 내용 분석을 살펴보면, 예비교사들은 ‘교수 학습 방법’, ‘발달에 대한 지식’, ‘교사, 유아, 부모와의 인간관계’ 순으로 교사의 역할을 인식하고 있었다. 그러므로 효율적인 교육실습을 위하여 예비교사가 학교에서 학습한 이론과 현장에서 습득할 수 있는 실천 지식을 잘 연결 해 줄 수 있고, 다양한 문제 사항과 갈등 상황을 바르게 인식하며, 문제를 적극적으로 해결해 나갈 수 있는 전문성 있는 실습지도교사 교육이 요구된다.

영문 초록

  The primary purpose of this study is to improve the efficiency of Early childhood practicum for student teacher according to analyzing contents of the role of cooperating teachers, which student teacher recognized, and then to develope cooperating teachers education program in kindergarten.
  The concept map about the role of cooperating teachers which student teacher recognized and a questionnaire survey on 40 Early childhood student teachers in S college in Seoul were used to investigate their knowledge about the role of Early Childhood cooperating teachers. The findings of this study were summarized as follow :
  1. As the concept map of student teachers, they used 7 superordinate concepts, and 407 subordinate concepts. But it wasn"t high hierarchy. 2. The high frequency of the role which student teacher recognized in their early childhood practicum is the role of a researcher and instructing the teaching activities. 3. The best subordinate concept of the role of cooperating teacher which student-teacher perceived is the role of guiding the teaching practice and a counsellor. The means the most of student teachers want cooperating teacher"s support to solve their conflict during the Early Childhood practicum.
  Finally it is recommended that is necessary to develop the cooperating teacher"s education program which some view of solving student teacher"s conflict, uneasiness and expectation during their practicum are reflected.
