This papers presents the fundamental policy of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Saudi Arabian policies have been based on the foundations and principles of the Islam with the cooperaton of the revivalist movement initiated by Sheik Muhammad ibn Abdulwahhab.
In this regard, the first chapter starts with the studying of the relationship between two Muhammad(Imam Muhammad and Sheik Muhammad). The Sheik Muhammad ibn Abdulwahhab"s Islamic movement began to spread worldwide beyond the Arabian peninsula with the support of Imam Muhammad ibn Saud and his families.
The second chapter deals with the Islamic internal reform policy based on the Quran and the tradition of the Prophet(Sounnah) constitution.
The third chapter deals with the Islamic movement of Sheik Muhammad ibn Abdulwahhab who sowed the seeds for the leadership which pledged upon itself the implementation of Islamic law in its totality with the Quran and Sunnah.
The forth chapter draws a conclusion, the prospect of the Islamic movement of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which is an Arab and muslim state. Islam is a kind of religion. Also, the Quran and the Sunnah are Islamic constitution and there is no Saudi citizen on its territory who adheres to any religion other than Islam.
From this perspective, it is quite unreasonable if we consider Saudi Arabian Islam in terms of religion such as Buddhism or Christianity. In addition, the Quran should not be considered as the kind of commandments. Unlike the Judaism and Christianity originated in Middle East, Islam maintains the tradition of unity of religion and state. Most of social structure of ancient states changed from the unity of religion and state into division of both systems. However, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia still maintains strong unity of religion and state. For this reason, Islam of Saudi Arabia is not just a religion but more like a political ideology like democracy or communism.
According to the western magazines there are some suspicion that part of the fund from Islam charitable institution in the Saudi Arabia went to the 9.11 terrorists and other terror activities. Moreover, it is presented that the system of Islam education promotes the terror. The Saudi government respond to this criticism In this context, there is a strong research requirement for the Saudi Arabian religious movement.
