大學危機와 地籍學의 生存戰略

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 대학위기와 지적교육의 실태를 조사·분석하고, 이를 토대로 지적학의 생존전략을 제시하는데 있다. 이상의 연구목적을 효율적으로 달성하기 위해 시간적으로는 1977년부터 현재까지로 하고, 공간적으로는 우리나라에서 지적학이 학과단위로 교육되고 있는 2년제 대학과 4년제 대학을 대상으로 하며, 내용적으로는 지적학의 생존전략을 제시하는 것으로 하였다. 연구방법으로는 문헌조사법과 인터넷검색법을 병행하여 실태를 조사·분석하며, 이를 토대로 지적학의 생존전략을 제시하였다. 분석 결과 우리나라 대학은 양적인 위기와 질적인 위기를 맞고 있으며, 그 가운데 지적학은 외형적인위기와 내용적인 위기를 맞고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 이상의 위기를 극복하기 위해 2년제 대학은 대를 위해 소를 희생하는 도마뱀형 생존전략을, 4년제 대학은 살모사형 생존전략을 추구하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 분석되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to survey and analyze the crisis of colleges and conditions of cadastral education in Korea, and thereupon, suggest a survival strategy for cadastral science. For this purpose, the time span was set from 1977 to present, the scope of study was limited to two-year and four-year colleges which operate departments of cadastral science, and the suggestions were limited to survival strategy for cadastral science. The methods of study used were literature review and Internet surfing to survey and analyze the conditions, and thereupon, a survival strategy for cadastral science was suggested. As a result of analysis, it was found that our colleges face a crisis in both terms of quantity and quality, and particularly, cadastral science suffers a serious crisis both externally and internally. In order to surmount such a crisis, it seems to be desirable that two-year colleges should pursue a ´lizard-type´ survival strategy which sacrifices ´small´ for ´big´. while four-year colleges pursue a ´viper-like´ survival strategy.
