국문 초록

이 연구는 산재근로자의 삶의 질 향상과 재활사업 발전을 위해 수립된 총 6차 중기 발전계획을 소개하고, 이후 재활사업 중기 발전계획 수립의 발전을 위한 기초자료를 제공하도록 탐색하는 것이 목적이다. 총 6차 재활중기 발전계획 자료를 활용하여 텍스트마이닝 기법을 통해 핵심단어와 단어의 관계를 Voyant Tools를 활용하여 분석한다. 총 6차 발전계획의 변화 양상을 정리하고 핵심단어들을 시각화 한 결과 핵심단어들은 각 회차의 수립된 계획들이 나타났고, 핵심단어와 연계된 단어들을 분석함으로 재활중기 발전계획의 내용을 시각적으로 확인 할 수 있었다. 연구결과 2006년부터 현재까지 수립된 발전계획은 사업주와 산재근로자에게 제공되도록 신규 재활프로그램을 도입하고 확대 발전시켜왔음을 확인하였다. 또한 재활중기 발전계획 수립의 발전을 위해 다각적인 재활서비스 지원, 계획수립의 근거 법 마련, 재활사업의 인식 전환이 필요함을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to introduce a total of six mid-term development plans established to support the rehabilitation of industrial accident workers, and to explore ways to provide basic data for institutional improvement in the establishment of mid-term development plans for rehabilitation projects. Using the 6th Rehabilitation Development Plan data, we analyze the relationships between key words and words using text mining techniques using Voyant Tools. As a result of organizing the changes and improvements in the six development plans and visualizing the key words, the key words expressed the plans established for each round, and by analyzing the words related to the key words, the contents of the mid-term rehabilitation development plan could be visually confirmed. The study results confirmed that the development plan established from 2006 to the present has introduced and expanded new rehabilitation programs to provide services to employers and industrial accident workers. Furthermore, the study suggested institutional improvements to the mid-term rehabilitation development plan, including the development of multifaceted rehabilitation services, the establishment of a legal basis for planning, and a shift in perception of rehabilitation services.
