텍스트 마이닝을 활용한 K-POP 안무저작권 대중 인식 분석: 언론보도와 유튜브 댓글을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 텍스트 마이닝과 토픽 모델링 기법을 활용하여 K-POP 안무저작권에 대한 유튜브 댓글과 언론보도 댓글의 키워드를 분석해 대중의 인식을 파악하고자 한다. 1998년부터 2024년 5월까지 'K-POP 안무저작권'을 검색어로 지정해 언론보도와 유튜브에서 가장 댓글이 많이 달린 상위 10개의 콘텐츠를 선정, 각각 537건과 1,224건의 댓글을 수집 및 분석하였다. 그 결과, 언론보도 댓글에서는 '표절', '소속사', '그룹' 등의 키워드가 자주 나타났고, TF-IDF 분석에서는 '짝퉁', '불필요', '난리' 등 부정적인 단어가 두드러졌다. 유튜브 댓글에서는 '음악', '영상', '커버' 등의 키워드가 자주 나타났으며, TF-IDF 분석에서는 '응원', '가능', '필요' 등 긍정적인 단어가 두드러졌다. 주요 토픽으로는 언론보도에서 '아이돌 그룹 저작권 침해 사례'와 '안무저작권 실현 가능성', 유튜브에서는 'K-POP 안무저작권 확립에 대한 움직임', '영상 및 음악저작권과 안무저작권의 상관관계', 'K-POP 안무저작물 출처 표기법' 등이 도출되었다. 이를 통해 K-POP 안무저작권에 대한 대중의 인식은 표절 문제와 안무가 권익 보호에 집중되어 있으며, 최근 5년간 지속적으로 다뤄진 이슈로 법적 장치 마련의 필요성이 강조된다.

영문 초록

This study aims to understand the public's perception by analyzing keywords in YouTube comments and media report comments on K-POP choreography copyrights using text mining and topic modeling techniques. From 1998 to May 2024, K-POP choreography copyrights were designated as search words, and the top 10 most commented content on media reports and YouTube was selected, and 537 and 1,224 comments were collected and analyzed, respectively. As a result, keywords such as "plagiarism", "agency", and "group" appeared frequently in media report comments, and negative words such as "fake", "unnecessary", and "scurry" were prominent in TF-IDF analysis. Keywords such as "music", "video", and "cover" often appeared in YouTube comments, and positive words such as "cheering", "possible", and "need" were prominent in TF-IDF analysis. Major topics included "idol group copyright infringement cases" and "choreography copyright feasibility" in media reports, "movement on establishing K-POP choreography copyrights," "correlation between video and music copyrights" and "K-POP choreography works source notation" in YouTube. Through this, the public's perception of K-POP choreography copyrights is focused on plagiarism and the protection of choreography rights and interests, and the need to prepare a legal mechanism is emphasized as an issue that has been continuously addressed over the past five years.
