어린이집의 CCTV 설치에 대한 원장과 교사의 인식 차이

국문 초록

본 연구는 어린이집 CCTV 설치에 대한 어린이집 원장과 교사의 인식 차이를 분석하여 CCTV의 합리적 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구대상은 서울과 경기지역 소재한 어린이집에서 근무하고 있는 원장과 교사 250명을 임의표집 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS window 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여, 빈도 분석과 교차 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어린이집 CCTV 설치의 인식에 대해서 설치의 필요성, 타당성, 선호도, 만족도 부분에서 원장과 교사 사이의 인식 차이는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 다만 CCTV 존재에 대한 인식은 원장과 교사 사이에 유의미한 통계적 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 어린이집 CCTV 설치의 효과에 대해, 안전교육의 효과, 설치 후 효과, 효과 대상 부분, 그리고 사생활 침해 용인 의향 부분에서 원장과 교사 사이에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과 어린이집 CCTV의 설치가 긍정적 역할을 할 수 있도록 서로 간의 인식을 좁히며, 동시에 어린이집 운영 전반에 기초자료로 본 연구가 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

The aims of this study were to analyze the differences between the principals and teachers' basic perception of the child–care center CCTV to analyze. the effect of CCTV education after its installation. The subject of this study were 203 principals and teachers working at child–care centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province who were given a survey. The questionnaire consisted of questions on the following domains CCTV installation awareness(7items) and CCTV installation effect(16items). The results of the analysis using the SPSS 23.0 statistical program are as follows. First, there was a significant difference between the principals and the teachers in the awareness of the CCTV installation at child-care centers. Second, there was a significant difference between the principals and the teachers about the negative education effects of CCTV.
