예비 유아교사의 유아문학교육을 위한 소집단 협동과제 교수학습 모형의 개발과 적용

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아문학교육의 실습 영역에 해당되는 매체 제작과 시연을 효과적으로 운영하기 위해 소집단 협동과제 교수학습 모형을 개발하고 이를 수업에 적용하였다. 대전시에 소재하는 D대학에 재학 중인 3년제 유아교육과의 2학년 학생 68명을 대상으로 하였으며 6-7명의 학생들로 이루어진 전체 10개 소집단을 구성하여 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 적용한 소집단 협동과제 교수-학습 모형은 1차시 수업에서 교수로부터 소집단의 과제에 대한 안내를 받고 소집단 토의에 필요한 정보를 수집해 다음 날 2차시 수업에 참석하였다. 2차시 수업에서 과제 수행을 위해 동화 선정, 동화 제작과 인형 제작에 따른 역할 분담, 시나리오 구성, 연출 방법 등을 교수의 지도하에 토의하였다. 2차시 수업이 끝나면 학생들은 일주일 동안 협동적으로 과제 완성 과정에 참여하여 동화와 인형 제작, 시연 연습을 하고 일주일 후 3차시 수업에서 발표하고 평가하는 순으로 수업을 전개하였으며 수업의 효율성을 알아보기 위해 교수 평가와 자기· 동료 평가를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 자기· 동료평가에서는 학생들이 과제를 수행하기 위해 소집단에 기여한 점수가 A(12～13점) 등급이 91%로 나타났으며, 교수의 평가에서는 A이상(27～30점)이 78%, B이상(21～30점)은 18%로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 본 연구에서 개발한 소집단 협동과제 교수학습 모형이 유아문학교육의 과제를 수행하는데 적합한 교수-학습 모형임을 시사해준다.

영문 초록

This research is for developing the more effective teaching study model of a small group cooperation project to provide materials of instruction and demonstration in early children literature education. A survey was conducted on 68 sophomore students in department of early childhood education of D college located in Taejon Metropolitan City. The total 10 small group was structured and each small group was composed of 6 or 7 student members. This model was divided into 3-steps. The first step was to recognize the information of project work from the professor and the second step was discussion for selection of fairy story, material and doll making, role assignment for doll play, scenario composition and doll-play production with a professor. At this time one week was taken for discussion and production of their project work. The final step for demonstration and evaluation of the project work was on work. In addition, professor evaluation, self evaluation and classmate evaluation was performed respectively to estimate class effectiveness. The research result is as follow; the score for contribution to the small group to execute project work in self and classmate evaluation showed that A grade(13～15 point) was 91%, grade over A(27～30 point) was 78% in professor evaluation and grade over B(21～30 point) was 96% in total respect. This result says that the developed teaching-learning model of small group cooperation project is appropriate model to execute the project work for early children literature education.
