국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년의 코칭역량과 교사, 부모 및 친구의 사회적지지가 청소년의 행복플로리시에 미치는 영향을 규명하고, 청소년의 긍정적 성장과 건강하고 행복한 삶을 위한 교육적 기초자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 만 13세에서 만 18세의 청소년을 대상으로 422부의 데이터를 수집하였으며, SPSS와 다중회귀분석을 사용하여 분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 청소년의 코칭역량과 사회적지지, 그리고 청소년의 행복플로리시 간에는 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로, 긍정 정서 역량, 강력 질문 역량, 목표 실행 역량, 동기 촉진 역량이 높을수록 청소년의 행복플로리시에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 사회적지지 요인 중 부모와 친구의 지지가 높을수록 청소년의 행복플로리시에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 청소년의 코칭역량과 사회적 지지가 청소년의 행복플로리시에 직·간접적으로 중요한 영향을 미치는 변인임을 확인함으로써, 청소년의 긍정적 성장과 행복한 삶을 위한 교육적 방안 마련에 기초자료를 제공하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to identify the effect of coaching competencies and social support from teachers, parents, and friends on the flourishing of adolescents. The goal is to provide educational foundational data for the growth and healthy, happy lives of adolescents. Data were collected from 422 adolescents aged 13 to 18 and analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and multiple regression analysis. The results showed statistically significant positive correlations between adolescents' coaching competencies, social support, and their flourishing. Specifically, higher levels of positive emotion competency, powerful questioning competency, goal execution competency, and motivation facilitation competency positively influenced the flourishing of adolescents. Among the social support factors, higher levels of support from parents and friends were found to have a positive effect on the flourishing of adolescents. This study confirms that the coaching competencies and social support of adolescents are significant variables that directly and indirectly affect their flourishing, thereby providing foundational data for educational strategies to foster positive growth and happy lives for adolescents.
