강점 관련 국내 코칭 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 강점 관련 국내 코칭 연구 동향을 분석하여 강점 관련 국내 코칭 연구에 기초자료 및 시사점을 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 선정 기준에 부합하는 2011년부터 2020년까지 발간된 국내 학술논문과 학위논문 총 36편을 분석 대상 논문으로 선정하였다. 선정한 논문을 연구 시기, 연구 대상, 연구 방법, 연구 변인, 연구 발간 유형별로 분류하여 분석을 진행하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 강점 관련 국내 코칭 연구는 2011년에 처음 발간되어, 2015년을 기점으로 연구 편수가 늘어났다. 둘째, 연구 대상은 청소년(36.1%)과 대학생(25%), 성인(22.2%)이 주로 연구된 대상이었으며, 노인 대상 연구는 수행되지 않았다. 셋째, 연구 방법은 실험연구(77.8%)가 다수를 차지하여 연구 방법의 편중이 심하였다. 넷째, 연구 변인을 변인의 속성에 따라 6가지 유형으로 분류하여 분석한 결과, 심리 정서유형에 16개 변인, 진로 직업유형에 13개 변인 등 총 51개 변인이 총 83회 연구에 활용되었다. 다섯째, 연구 발간 유형은 석사학위 논문이 다수였다. 위의 분석 결과를 바탕으로 향후 강점 관련 국내 코칭 연구에서 다뤄져야 할 연구 방향에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data and implications for domestic coaching research related to strengths by analyzing trends in domestic coaching research related to strengths. To this end, a total of 36 domestic academic papers and dissertations published from 2011 to 2020 that meet the selection criteria were selected for analysis. The selected papers were analyzed by classifying them by research period, research subject, research method, research variable, and research publication type. Analysis Results First, domestic coaching studies related to strengths were first published in 2011, and the number of studies increased from 2015. Second, the study subjects were mainly adolescents (36.1%), university students (25%), and adults (22.2%), and no studies on the elderly were conducted. Third, as for the research method, experimental studies (77.8%) accounted for the majority, so the research method was highly biased. Fourth, as a result of analyzing the research variables by classifying them into 6 types according to the attributes of the variables, a total of 51 variables including 16 variables in psychological/emotional type and 13 variables in career/occupational type were used in a total of 83 studies. Fifth, the majority of research publication types were master's thesis. Based on the above analysis results, we intend to provide implications for the research direction that should be dealt with in future strength-related coaching studies in Korea.
