한의과대학 전공역량 모델링 및 역량지표 개발

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학교육을 현장 중심으로 현실화해야 한다는 요구를 반영하고, 한의사가 수행해야 할 1차 진료의 직무 분석을 기반으로 전공역량 모델링을 하였다. 전공역량 모델링은 교육과정 편성뿐만 아니라 실제 교과목 수업단위까지 연계할 수 있도록 ‘전공역량, 하위역량, 구성요소, 역량지표’의 구체적인 체계로 개발하고 내용타당성을 검증하였다. 주요 연구결과는 관련 선행연구 분석과 한의과대학 사례를 분석하여 현행 혼재되어 활용되고 있는 한의과대학 전공역량 모델링 체계를 재정립하였으며, 한의사의 직무분석을 기반으로 한의과대학 전공역량을 도출하여 타당성 검증을 수행하였다. 최종 개발한 한의과대학 전공역량은 통합적 진찰 역량, 최선의 진료 역량, 윤리적 의료 경영 역량, 의료 전문성 계발 역량으로 총 4개의 전공역량과 8개 하위역량, 24개 구성요소을 개발하였으며 각 전공역량과 하위역량의 정의와 구성요인별 역량지표까지 제시하였다. 본 연구 결과는 한의과대학의 역량기반 교육으로 전환에 대한 요구에 따라 한의과대학의 전공역량기반 교육과정을 현장 중심으로 편성하고 실제 수업단위까지 실효성 높게 연계할 수 있는 토대로 매우 의미있고 현장 활용성 높은 연구이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to model the major competencies for the Korean Medicine colleges by reflecting the needs for a field-centered education and referring to the results of analyzing Koreanme dicine doctors’ primary treatments. For this purpose, the researcher developed s of ‘major competency, sub-competences, components and indicatives’ so that the actual curriculum units could be encompassed, and thereby, be verified for their content validities. In addition, preceding studies and conditions of Korean Medicine colleges were examined to re-establish the system of modelling the major competencies for the colleges, and thereby, the major competencies were modelled to be verified for their validity based on Korean Medicine doctors’ job analysis. As a result, a total of 4 major competencies could be developed: integrated treatment competency, bona fide treatment competency, ethical medical service management competency and medical professionalism development competency. Besides, 8 sub-competences and 24 components thereof could also be developed. Furthermore, each major competency and its sub-competences were defined, while the competency indicatives per component were suggested.
