국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 미래세대와 국민통합을 위한 보훈교육의 활성화 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 현행 보훈교육의 문제점을 살펴보고, 보훈의 의미와 가치를 알릴 수 있는 교육체계를 구축하고 보훈교육의 활성화 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 국가보훈은 격동의 시대를 겪어온 대한민국 역사와 국가정체성의 상징이다. 우리 역사는 독립과 호국, 민주의 현장에서 자신을 던져 위기를 이겨내고, 공동체를 구해 낸 발걸음의 기록이다. 보훈은 이 역사의 현장을 기억하고, 그 주역들의 헌신과 공헌을 공동체 발전의 힘으로 만드는 것이다. 새롭게 전환되는 국면에서 미래세대의 다양해진 요구와 이에 부합할 수 있는 보훈의 의미와 가치를 알릴 수 있는 보훈교육 프로그램이 필요하다. 이를 위해 보훈교육 거버넌스 구축, 4차 산업혁명을 기반으로 한 보훈교육 콘텐츠의 다양화, 보훈교육 전달체계의 다양화가 전제되어야 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to present a plan to revitalize veterans education for future generations and national integration. To this end, we will examine the current status and problems of veterans education, establish an educational system that can inform the meaning and value of veterans, and seek ways to revitalize veterans education. The national veterans is a symbol of Korea's history and national identity, which has been through turbulent times. Our history is a record of our steps to overcome the crisis and save the community by throwing ourselves in the field of independence, patriotism, and democracy. Veterans are to remember the scene of this history and to make the dedication and contribution of its main players the power of community development. In the face of the new transition, there is a need for a veterans education program that can inform the diverse needs of future generations and the meaning and value of veterans that can meet them. To this end, the establishment of veterans education governance, diversification of veterans education contents based on the 4th industrial revolution, and diversification of the veterans education delivery system should be premised.
