뇌졸중 환자의 방문재활 연구 동향: 국내 연구를 중심으로

국문 초록

목적: 본 연구는 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 한 국내 방문재활 연구 동향을 분석하여 향후 국내 방문재활 분야의 발전을 위한 연구 방향 및 기초 자료를 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법: 2000년 1월부터 ~ 2021년 10월까지의 국내 학회지에 게재된 논문을 대상으로 분석하였으며, 그중 본연구목적에 부합하는 총 13편의 연구를 선정하였고 각 연구를 연구 시기, 연구 유형, 연구 주제에 따른연구 방법 및 결과별로 분석하였다. 연구결과: 연구 시기별로 분석한 결과 가장 최근인 2020년 연구가 23.09%로 가장 많았고 연구 유형은 양적 연구84.62%, 문헌 연구 및 질적 연구는 각각 7.69%로 나타났다. 연구 주제별로 분석한 결과 방문재활에대한 효과 검증 연구가 53.84%으로 가장 많았으며 필요성에 대한 연구가 30.77%, 비용 분석 15.39% 순으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구는 뇌졸중 환자의 국내 방문재활 연구에 대한 동향을 분석하였다. 국내 방문재활이 발전하기위해서는 방문재활 도입을 위한 정책 수립과 편리한 방문재활 서비스를 제공하기 위한 환자 및 보호자의 요구에 부응하는 체계적인 방문재활 시스템이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objective : This study analyzes the trends of domestic Home-visit rehabilitation research for stroke patients and presents research directions and basic data for the development of the domestic Home-visit rehabilitation field in the future. Methods : The papers published in domestic journals from January 2000 to October 2021 were analyzed. Among them, a total of 13 studies were selected that fit the purpose of this study, and then each study was analyzed by study period, and study type, study method, and the result according to the study subject. Results : As a result of analyzing by study period, the most recent 2020 studies were the most common taking up 23.09%. As for the type of study, it was found that 84.62% of studies were quantitative in type and that literature and qualitative studies each accounted for 7.69%. As a result of analyzing by study subject, studies on the effectiveness of visiting rehabilitation took up the most, which was 53.84%, followed by studies on the necessity of visiting rehabilitation, which accounted for 30.77%, and cost analysis, which accounted for 15.39%. Conclusion : This study analyzed trends in domestic visit rehabilitation studies of stroke patients. In order for domestic visiting rehabilitation to develop, a systematic visiting rehabilitation system that meets the needs of patients and their guardians should be prepared to establish policies for the introduction of visiting rehabilitation and to provide convenient visiting rehabilitation services.
