종양의료진 대상의 예술심리치료 프로그램 개발을 위한 델파이 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 델파이 방법을 적용하여 종양의료진 대상의 예술심리치료 프로그램 개발을 위한가이드라인을 구성하는데 목적이 있다. 2020년 7월부터 12월까지 현재 종양학과 의료진과 예술심리치료 관련 패널 20명에게 델파이 설문을 진행하였다. 1차 델파이 조사는 문헌고찰과 개방형 질문을 구성하였고, 2차와 3차 델파이를 통해 문항 구성과 각 문항에 대한 내용타당도비율, 수렴도 및 합의도를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 3개 영역, 17개의 항목이 최종 선정되었다. 첫째 영역 ‘공감피로 완화 프로그램’은 전문가와의 상담, 동료와의 집단치료, 등 5개 항목, 둘째 영역‘효과성 평가’는 공감피로 측정, 스트레스 측정도구 등 7개 항목이었으며, 셋째 영역 ‘운영 시고려사항’은 프로그램 필요성에 대한 인식 향상, 사전교육 필요 등 5개 항목이었다. 최종 도출된 문항의 평균 내용타당도비율은 .90, 수렴도 .21, 합의도 .89 로 유의미한 값을 보였다. 본 연구를 통해 종양의료진의 정신적인 업무 과중에 대한 소진 관리 프로그램이 절실히 요구되나근무 환경으로 인해 실행 가능성이 낮다는 패널들의 의견을 확인하였으며 효과적인 프로그램운영을 위한 여러 조건들이 도출되었다. 향후 종양의료진의 심리치료 개발을 위한 기초 자료로활용되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to design a guideline for the art psychotherapy of the oncology medical team with the Delphi method. The Delphi surveys were conducted on 20 present medical specialists in the oncology department and art psychotherapy panels from July 2020 to December 2020. The first Delphi survey contain a literature review and open-ended questions. Based on the second and third Delphi surveys, the question of composition, content validity ratio, convergence and consensus of each question were analyzed. With As a result of the analysis, 3 domains and 17 items were selected. First domains is compassion fatigue easing program . And it contains five items; counseling with a specialist, group therapy with colleagues and etc. The second domain, effectiveness assessment, consisted of 7 items; compassion fatigue measurement, stress measurement tool and etc. The third domain, items for considerations during operation consisted of 5 items; the necessity of prior education, a enhancement in the awareness about the program necessity and etc. The average of the final question showed a valuable figure; .90 for average content validity ratio, .21 for convergence and .89 for the consensus. Although the research indicate the necessity of a burnout management for the oncology medical team, the practicability of the management is low due to a overlabored working environment. To settle a current issue of a medical team, the researcher come up with a several condition to organize a effective program to deal with the oncology medical team. The expectation of the study is to being used as a basic research data of psychotherapy for the oncology medical team.
