영문 초록

In this paper, the wellness model for middle-aged christians is studied and developed. Based on qualitative research, the research method uses in-depth interview. The subjects of the interview are 10 persons who are middle-aged Christians. For data analysis, narrative analysis which is proposed by Lieblich, Tuval-Mashiach, & Zilber has been used. The results of this analysis were extracted 5 categories. Those 5 categories are self-esteem, self-efficacy, relationship, family relations and belief. This paper also includes the study of the Wellness through theological perspective. From this study, the theological concept of the Wellness has been found as “shalom”, and the theological categories of the Wellness has been distinguished into following three subjects: holy, forgiveness and hope.
