국문 초록

방폭문 폭발실증시험에서 철근 콘크리트 충전형 강판 방폭문의 성능 등급을 판정하는 방법에 필요한 기술적 사항을 제시한다. 방폭문을 설치하는 콘크리트 구조체의 배치가 반사압력에 미치는 영향을 평가한다. 폭발물이 설치되는 바닥판에 따라 반사압력에 차이가 있음을 검증한다. 방폭문의 소성정도를 판단하는데 변위연성도와 회전연성도를 사용한다. 변위연성도 계산에 필요한 최대탄성변위를 실험적인 방법으로 산정하는 방법을 제시한다. 폭발실증시험에서 방폭문 성능등급을 판정할 때 사용하는 데이터를 수집하는 장치구성을 제시한다. 수집된 데이터를 통하여 방폭문의 회전연성도와 변위연성도를 계산하고 방폭문의 성능등급을 판정한다.

영문 초록

In the explosion proof test, the necessary technical matters for the method of judging the performance grade of the reinforced concrete filled steel plate explosion-proof door are presented. Evaluate the effect of the concrete structure installation on the explosion-proof door on the reflected pressure. Verify that there is a difference in the reflected pressure depending on the base plate on which the explosive is installed. The displacement and rotational ductility are used to determine the plasticity of the explosion-proof door. A method of calculating the maximum elastic displacement required for the displacement ductility calculation by an experimental method is presented. A device configuration that collects data used in determining the explosion-proof door performance level in an explosion demonstration test is presented. Through the collected data, the rotational ductility and displacement ductility of the explosionproof door are calculated, and the performance grade of the explosion-proof door is determined.
