고등학생들의 플로리싱과 관련 변인들 간의 인과적 관계 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 고등학생의 플로리싱과 관련 변인들 간의 인과적 관계를 조사하는 데 있다. 연구 대상은 대구․경북 지역의 재학 중인 고등학생 1학년, 2학년, 3학년 564명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구에 참여한 대상은 고등학생의 플로리싱, 가족응집성, 또래관계기술, 자존감안정성을 평가하는 설문지를 작성하였다. 자료 분석을 위한 통계적 방법은 SPSS 26.0, AMOS 26.0을 사용하였으며, 최대우도(Maximum Likehood Estimation) 추정방법을 통해 모델 부합도를 평가하였다. 부합도 지수는 SRMR, RMSEA 및 90% 신뢰구간, CFI, TLI를 사용하여 평가되었다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가족응집성, 또래관계기술, 자존감안정성과 플로리싱이 정적상관을 나타났다. 둘째, 가족응집성은 고등학생의 플로리싱에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았다. 반면에 또래관계기술, 자존감안정성은 고등학생의 플로리싱에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가족응집성, 자존감안정성은 또래관계 기술에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 가족응집성은 자존감안정성에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 가족응집성, 또래관계기술, 자존감안정성이 고등학생의 플로리싱에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 보여 주었으며, 의미있는 이론적 근거와 시사점을 제공한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate structural relationships among variables related to the flourishing of high school students. The participants in this study were 550 1st, 2nd,, and 3rd grade high school students in the region of Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do. The subjects for the study completed questionnaires assessing the flourishing high school students, and family cohesiveness, peer relationship skill and stability of self-esteem. SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 were used for the data analysis. The maximum likelihood estimation method was used to examine the model fit. Goodness of fit was evaluated using the SRMR, RMSEA and the 90% confidence interval, CFI, and TLI. The major findings were as follows: First, family cohesiveness did not have a direct effect on the flourishing of high school students; whereas, peer relationship skill and the stability of self-esteem were found to affect the flourishing high school students. Second, family cohesiveness, and the stability of self-esteem were found to affect peer relationship skill directly. Third, family cohesiveness was found to affect the stability of self-esteem directly. Therefore, this study provides the theoretical basis and implications that can be used meaningfully, which shows that family cohesiveness, peer relationship skill, and the stability of self-esteem can increase the effectiveness of the flourishing of high school students.
