국문 초록

목적: 본 연구는 예비연구로 경도 인지장애를 가지고 있는 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 스마트 재활시스템을 적용하여 인지재활훈련의 효과를 확인하기 위해 인지기능, 우울, 재활동기, 만족감 등의 효과를 확인하고 원격 재활로의 가능성을 보고자 한다. 연구방법: 국립재활원에 내원한 뇌졸중 환자 4명을 대상으로 2020년 4월부터 5월까지 두 달간 실시하였다. 치료사는 원격으로 환자의 수준에 맞는 다양한 인지훈련 프로그램을 미리 설정하고 환자는 치료사의 개입 없이 2주간 10회의 훈련을 진행하였다. 개입의 효과를 비교하기 위해 인지능력, 기억력, 우울증, 재활 동기에 대한 평가를 중재 전후로 시행하였다. 스마트 재활시스템에 대한 추가 의견을 위해 만족도 설문지를 진행하였다. 결과: 중재 후에 모든 대상자의 실행능력과 기억력은 향상되었으며 우울감은 줄어들고 내적 재활 동기가 증가하였다. 또한, 재활시스템에 대한 주관적인 만족도와 안전성, 효율성도 높았다. 결론: 스마트 재활시스템을 사용한 인지 재활훈련은 인지능력의 향상뿐 아니라 우울감을 줄여주고 재활에 대한 동기는 높여주어 원격 재활의 가능성을 보여주었다.

영문 초록

Objective: This study was designed to verify the effectiveness of a new rehabilitation platform using a computerized cognitive rehabilitation program (COMCOG) for stroke patients and to confirm its potential as a future home cognitive rehabilitation method. Method: Four patients with stroke completed a 2-week cognitive training using the COMCOG. A therapist remotely preset various cognitive training programs appropriate to the patient s level and adjusted the difficulty level. Assessments were conducted twice, before and after the intervention. To compare the effects of the intervention, the assessments were on cognitive ability, memory, depression, and motivation for rehabilitation. Results: After the intervention, all subjects cognitive and memory functions improved and their internal motivation increased, and depression decreased. In addition, subjective opinions of satisfaction, safety, and efficiency with the rehabilitation platform showed highly positive results. Conclusion: Cognitive rehabilitation training using a smart rehabilitation platform is possible for home rehabilitation as it not only improves cognitive abilities and motivation but also reduces depressive symptoms.
