영문 초록

This study was to investigate the attitude and role of the chief on management of the day care center for infants with disabilities. The results of this study were as follows: First, the chief had a positive attitude on management of the day care center, but role of financial security was shortage. Second, the chief provided to the teacher a psychology · physical stability, but they thought that salary of the teacher was very low. Third, the chief had a affirmative attitude and role on education of the parent, but the parent didn t participate as educational partner of their children. Fourth, the chief had a negative attitude on information of the day care center. And then they want to informational facilities(e.g., computer, home page, internet, e-mail etc.) The chief want to secure the sufficient financial fund, the professional teacher, the high quality educational program and material in order to management of desirable day care center.
