고등학생 임파워먼트 측정도구 개발 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 일반계고와 전문계고 학생들에게 적용할 수 있는 임파워먼트의 하위요인을 설정하고, 이 하위요인별 측정도구를 개발하는 데 목적이 있다. A시내에 소재한 일반계 고등학교 학생 100명과 전문계 고등학교 학생 100명 등 총 200명을 대상으로 2006년 6월 설문 조사를 하였다. 임파워먼트의 하위 영역은 의미성, 영향성, 역량성, 자기결정성으로 구분하였으며, 학 영역에 대한 신뢰도, 타당도, 적합성 여부를 판단하는 통계검증을 실시하였다. 연구를 통해 나타난 결과는 첫째, 임파워먼트 측정도구의 신뢰도 검증에서 임파워먼트의 4개 영역 모두 신뢰할 수 있었다. 둘째, 타당도를 분석에서는, 임파워먼트의 평가요인(factor)들은 의미성 2개의 요인(우리의식, 믿음), 영향성 2개의 요인(대화, 리더십), 역량성 4개의 요인(노력, 타인, 능력, 환경), 자기 결정성 5개의 요인(목표, 자아, 선택, 방법, 성공)이 추출되어 임파워먼트의 4개 하위요인에서 총 13개의 요인이 추출되었다. 셋째, 적합성 분석에서는 전체적인 모형의 추정값과 관측값의 차이를 통해 모형의 전반적인 적합 정도를 알아보는 기초부합지수가 0.87, 상대부합지수가 0.88로 0.9에 가까운 통계량을 보여주었고, 모형복합성도 0.08로 나타나, 임파워먼트의 측정도구가 적합성의 기준인 0.08이하 값을 가지기 때문에 적합한 모형으로 수용되었다. 마지막으로 전체 임파워먼트 수준에서는 학교계열 즉 일반계와 전문계고 학생사이에는 의미 있는 차이가 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develope the measurement instrument of empowerment levels for high school students. To attain the purpose of this study, research areas are set as follows: First, to develop the measurement instrument about level of empowerment s subordinate factors. Second, analyze high school students level of the empowerment by their demographic variables(by sex, school Stream, family pattern, and household income). The subjects of this study was 105 students of the general high school and 103 students of the vocational high school in A city in according to convenience sampling. To the develope the measurement instrument were used SPSS win 12.0 and AMOS 5.0 statistics program. The statistics methods applied were X², Crobach α value, factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis ets. Based on analysis on items developed to achieve the goal of this study, conclusions are made as follows; First, The verification about the reliability of the measurement instrument of empowerment was very good in 0.76~0.87 value. Second, The result of factor analysis about the empowerment s subordinate factors were classified 2 factors(we-feeling, trust) of the meaningfulness, 2 factors(communication, leadership) of the competence, 4 factors(effort, the others, ability, environment) of the impact, 5 factors(goal, self, choice, method, success) of the self-determination, total 13 factors. In accordance with, The validity of the measurement instrument was very good. Third, the goodness of fit of the measurement instrument of empowerment was accepted because of less or equal of 0.08 value in the empowerment s subordinate factors and items. Fourth, The levels of empowerment were relatively higher the general high school students than the vocational high school students.
