창의ㆍ융합 교육을 위한 수업설계원리 개발

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 창의？융합교육에 대한 통합된 정의를 바탕으로 교수자가 창의？융합 수업을 설계하고 실행하는데 필요한 구체적인 활동, 절차 및 과정, 설계지침 등이 포함된 수업설계원리를 개발하는데 있다. 본 연구는 형성연구를 적용하여 문헌분석을 통해 이론적 모형을 개발하고 전문가검토와 현장 적용을 통한 형성적 순환을 거쳐 현장에 필요한 실천적인 수업설계원리로 개발되었다. 본연구결과 개발된 창의？융합교육을 위한 수업설계원리는 첫째, 창의？융합교육의 개념 및 의미, 구성요소와 부합되면서 수업설계의 대표적인 방향 및 특징인 체계적, 체제적인 수업설계원리를 기본원리로 삼고 있다. 둘째, 교육프로그램이나 단원 수준의 수업설계를 위한 거시적 수업설계원리를 융합의 원리, 목적성의 원리, 다양성의 원리, 문제해결의 원리, 체험의 원리의 다섯 가지로 정리하고 세부 설계지침을 제시하였다. 셋째, 차시 수준의 수업설계를 위한 미시적 수업설계원리로 평가를 중심으로 분석, 설계, 개발, 실행이 역동적 상호작용이 가능한 수업설계모형과 세부 설계지침을 유목화하여 제시하고, 각각의 세부 설계지침별로 고려 및 주의사항에 대한 안내와 설명을 제시하고 있다. 이러한 수업설계원리 및 전략들은 현장 교수자들로 하여금 실제 수업을 설계하고 실행할 때 무엇이 준비되고 고려되어야 하며, 이를 바탕으로 어떻게 설계 실행되어야 하는지에 대한 실천적 지침, 절차 및 과정에 대한 정보를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다. 또한 수업내용, 학습자, 학습 환경 등에 대한보다 체제적인 분석과 체계적인 수업설계의 과정 및 절차를 거쳐서 창의？융합 수업이 설계, 실행될 수 있도록 도와 줄 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop instructional design principles for education for creative convergence education to design teaching that includes processes, guidelines, considerations, and precautions. This instructional design principles were developed with formative research that based on literature reviews, expert interviews, and a pilot study. This study produced several results. First, the instructional design principles include the processes and principles needed for systemic and systematic design principles which translates into creativity convergence instruction. Second, this macro-instructional design principles use the principle of convergence, finality, diversity, solving problem, and experience which are executed through unit teaching. Third, this micro-instructional design principles use the processes, guidelines, considerations, and precautions of five design stages which are executed through lesson class. The instructional design principles give the results of the instructional design for creativity convergence education to the teachers, and then they suggest various interventions that to help improve creative convergence instruction. The instructional design principles for creative convergence instruction developed through this research provides useful guidelines for teachers and learner, which can ultimately contribute to the improvement of creativity, problem-solving, collaboration, and discussion competences
