예비유아교사의 정서표현과 공감능력이 대인관계 유능성에 미치는 영향: 교사효능감의 조절 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비 유아교사의 긍정적 정서표현과 공감능력이 대인관계 유능성에 미치는 영향에 있어서 교사효능감이 조절효과가 있는지를 검증해 보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 제주내 소재한 3개 대학의 유아교육과에 재학 중인 학생 242명을 대상으로 조사하였고, 남학생은 25명(10.3%), 여학생은 217(89.7%)명이였다. 자료 분석은 IBM SPSS vetsion 22.0 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 조절효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 예비 유아교사의 긍정적 정서표현과 공감능력, 교사효능감, 대인관계 유능성의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 정적 상관관계를 보였고, 둘째, 예비 유아교사의 긍정적 정서표현이 대인관계 유능성에 미치는 영향에 있어 교사효능감의 조절효과를 보였다. 셋째, 예비 유아교사의 공감능력이 대인관계 유능성에 미치는 영향에 있어 교사효능감의 조절효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 논의와 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 밝혔다.

영문 초록

This study verified the regulatory effect of teacher efficacy in the effect of empathy ability and positive emotional expression on interpersonal competence of pre - childhood teachers. The study was conducted on 242 students enrolled in early childhood education departments at three universities in Jeju, 25 students (10.3%) for male students and 217 (89.7%) for female students. Data analysis uses the IBM SPSS evolution 22.0 program and verifies regulatory effectiveness through hierarchical regression analysis. First, the analysis of the correlation between positive emotional expression and empathy ability, teacher efficacy, and interpersonal competence of pre-service early childhood teachers showed positive correlation. Secondly, the effect of positive emotional expression of pre - childhood teachers on interpersonal competence showed the effect of adjusting teacher efficacy. Thirdly, it proved that the effect of the empathy of the pre - early childhood teacher on the interpersonal competence was controlled by the teacher s efficacy. Based on these research results, we conducted suggestions on discussions and subsequent studies.
