영문 초록

The clinical pictures of 315 cases of social phobia who had visited neuropsychiatric department of Koryo General Hospital from May, 1982 to Oct. 1985 were studied. Differences of diagnostic criteria of DSM-III on social phobia were also discussed. The results were as follows; 1) Simple type was the most frequently seen in 142(45.1%), delusional type 112(35.6%), and borderline type 42(13.3%). 2) Patients of delusional type and borderline type were younger than those of simple type. 3) The severer the symptoms, the earlier the age of onset. 4) Patients of borderline type had the highest unemployment rate. 5) Patients of delusional type and borderline type had more therapeutic experiences. 6) Patients of borderline type evaluated their characteristic traits in most negative way. 7) As the symptoms got severe, the situations that evoked symptoms became broadened. 8) Contents of symtoms were different according to subtypes: the target symptoms of simple type were tensing up, blushing, and writing, those of delusional type were tensing up, eye to eye contact, emitting odor, and being stared at, and those of borderline type were tensing up, blushing, dysmorphophobia, and eye to eye contact. As diagnostic criteria of DSM-III on social phobia is inadequate, we propose to set up a new diagnostic criteria and classification of social phobia which is agreeable to our culture
