국문 초록

본 연구는 그동안 학계에 소개되지 않은 새로운 자료인 『坡仙詞英選』의 특징 및 문헌 가치를 구명하는 데에 목적을 둔다. 『파선사영선』은 조선시대 문인 ‘죽하관산인’(竹下館散人, 미상)이 을유년(乙酉, 1785년, 1845년 혹은 1905년으로 추정)에 편찬한 소식의 사선본으로, 현재 1종의 필사본이 高麗大 晩松文庫에 소장되어 있다. 내용적 측면에서 보면 『파선사영선』은 소식의 69개 詞牌, 261곡 사작품을 선별하였는데, 중국의 소식 사선본과 달리 이 책은 중국의 소식 사선본을 그대로 필사하지 않고 『東坡先生全集』을 저본으로 삼아 조선에서 다시 선록했다는 점에서 그 문헌적 가치와 의미를 엿볼 수 있다. 즉, 조선 문인이 새롭게 선별한 결과물이라는 것이 주목할 만한 특징이다. 유형적 측면에서 보면 『파선사영선』은 조선시대 자필 양식의 중국 사선본이다. 지금까지 학계에 알려진 조선시대 자필 양식의 중국 사선본은 문헌 수가 제한적이며, 한 작가의 사작품을 모은 사선본은 없었다. 그러나 이 책은 소식의 사작품만을 선별한 유일한 자료라는 점에서 주목할 만하다.

영문 초록

This study aims to elucidate the characteristics and bibliographical value of Poxian Ci Yingxuan(坡仙詞英選), a newly discovered source that has not yet been introduced to academia. Poxian Ci Yingxuan is a selection of Su Shi’s ci, compiled by the Chosŏn literatus “Jukhagwansanin” (竹下館散人) in the Eulyu year (乙酉, estimated as 1785, 1845, or 1905). At present, a single manuscript copy is preserved in the Mansong Collection of Korea University. In terms of content, Poxian Ci Yingxuan selects 69 cipai(tune patterns) and 261 ci works by Su Shi. Unlike Chinese anthologies of Su Shi’s ci, however, this collection was not a direct transcription of existing Chinese selections; instead, it was recompiled in Chosŏn using The Complete Works of Dongpo(東坡先生全集) as its base text. This reveals the bibliographical significance of the work as a newly arranged product of a Chosŏn literatus. From the perspective of type, Poxian Ci Yingxuan belongs to the category of Chosŏn-era self-transcribed anthologies of Chinese ci. Although the number of such Chosŏn self-transcribed ci anthologies has been limited, this work represents a unique record that comprehensively includes not only Su Shi’s ci but also individual pieces, making it the only extant example of its kind today.
