段玉裁《说文解字注》在中医文献研究中的应用

국문 초록

Through Duan Yucai's Shuowen Jiezi Zhu (Notes on Origin of Chinese Characters) we can verify the time when the medical classics such as Huangdi Neijing were written. [Methods] For example, through Duan Yucai's annotation of the words “豆”“人”“髆”“涕” “肺”,etc, [Result] we can deduce that some chapters of Huangdi Neijing were written in the Han Dynasty. It can also be used to decipher the misreading of the characters in Huangdi Neijing and Shanghanlun, or to correct the errors, such as “洒”is the phonetic character of“㾕”;“壮” and “灼” are words with the same phonetic; “盻视” refers to “眄视”; “侚”is a transcription error of“徇”,etc. [Conclusion] This book is an important reference book for studying traditional Chinese culture and traditional Chinese medicine literature.

영문 초록

段玉裁《说文解字注》可以考证《黄帝内经》等医学经典的成书时代。利用《说文解字注》，研究段玉裁对“豆”“人”“髆”“涕”“肺”等字的注释。我们可以断定《黄帝内经》某些篇章成于汉代；也可以纠正对《黄帝内经》及《伤寒论》的假借字的误读，或改正其中讹字，如“洒”是“㾕”的假借字；“壮”是“灼”字的一声之转，“盻视”当作“眄视”；“侚”为“徇”字的转写之误等。此书是研究中国传统文化的重要工具书，对于中医文献的研究也具有重要意义。
